Gone in 60 Seconds Terms and Conditions
 
The following Terms and Conditions apply to the Gone in 60 seconds contest being held between Wednesday 18th January and Friday 10th February 2012

1. THE COMPETITION
JACK fm is working with Hartwell PLC to promote the Big Yellow Sale at the Kidlington Motor Park by running the Gone in 60 seconds promotion.
The prize for the winning contestant will be £1,000.
 
2. METHODS OF ENTRY AND COMPETITION
The methods of entry will be in for form of online registration that includes filling out a full set of contact details.
Each registration will be allocated a number according to when the registration is received. (e.g. the 1st registration will be allocated number 1, the 34th registration will be allocated number 34)
Only 1 registration per person will be allowed and only registrations from within Oxfordshire will count.
Locations for the JACK car to attend will be chosen at random using www.random.org where we’ll generate the numbers and the registration allocated to that number will be chosen.
All entrants must be able to come into JACKfm on Friday 10th Feb to attend the final between 7am and 9am, should they qualify for it.
 
Competition Mechanic
 
Once registration is complete Rich from JACK’s Morning Glory will go to randomly selected registered locations in Oxfordshire in the JACK Ford Focus, supplied by Hartwell Ford.
Once parked outside, the person whose property Rich is outside will have 60 seconds to come to the car. If this happens successfully the individual will quality for the final on Friday 10th Feb 2012 where someone could win £1000.
 
If you feel you are not able to come to the car due to physical disability, you will be able to nominate someone to do so for you in the registration process. Valid proof of disability may be requested in this case.
 
At all points safety will be kept in upmost importance. If it is not safe to park directly outside the selected address, Rich will choose the safest place nearest to address.
Valid proof of identity may be requested from each contestant who qualifies for the contest final.
 
3. DATE, LOCATION AND DURATION
 
The promotion will run between Wednesday 18th January and Friday 10th February 2012 in Oxfordshire.
 
4. THE PRIZE(S)
The prize will be £1000 and will be paid in the form of a cheque within 28 days of winning issued by Hartwell PLC.
All prizes are non transferable.
 
 
5. USE OF PHOTOS AND PUBLICITY
It is a condition of entry that JACK fm have the right to publicise the names, characters, likenesses, voices & music of any contestants for any promotion or matter incidental to the contest.
Contestants also acknowledge that their photo may be used for a promotional display.
Contestants consent to their entry being read out on air and other conversations with JACK fm being broadcast on air.
Any prize winner may also be required by JACK fm to participate in a photo, video and/or film session and acknowledges that JACK fm has the right to use such publicity photos, videos and/or films in any medium and in any reasonable manner it sees fit.
 
6. INDEMNITY
All contestants release from and indemnify Passion Radio (Oxford) ltd (trading as JACK fm), its directors, employees and parent and subsidiary undertakings against any and all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of acceptance of any prize(s) or participation in the promotion including (but not limited to) loss of income, personal injury and damage to property and whether direct or consequential, foreseeable, or due to some negligent act or omission or otherwise.
 
7. INELIGIBLE TO ENTER
Any decisions in relation to eligibility to enter will be made by JACK fm and all decisions will be final.
 
8. WINNER TO ACCEPT TERMS & CONDITIONS
These terms and conditions may be altered by JACKfm at any point during the contest.
Each finalist must sign a consent and disclaimer form in a form prescribed by JACK fm in order to be eligible to take up their place in the contest final.
 
9. TERMINATION OF CONTEST
JACK fm may terminate this competition at any time at its absolute discretion without liability to any contestant or other person.
 
10. DECISIONS FINAL
In all matters, all decisions of JACK fm will be final and cannot be contested.
No correspondence or discussions will be entertained.
